Saya yakin just_perry itu pas order pasti pilih "Standard Delivery", bukan "Export Delivery". Bukan salahnya dia karena memang order system / situsnya yang "mengarahkan" kita untuk pilih "Standard Delivery". Udah gitu jeleknya adalah ketika kita kirim email ke mereka untuk menanyakan status pengiriman (setelah menunggu sekian lama), baru deh mereka ngasih tau bahwa kita salah pilih delivery method dan kaget dengan freight charge yang mahal ke Indonesia. Terakhir yang saya tau adalah S$28. Saya ngga tau itu just_perry udah protes apa belum ke customer service nya Element14 Singapore. Waktu itu saya hard complaint ke mereka, dan akhirnya dapet balesan email seperti ini: <blockquote> Dear Sir, As the item is to be delivered to Indonesia, when placing order via our website the mode of delivery selected should be “'Export Delivery (International Courier)” instead of standard delivery which is applicable for delivery to Singapore address.
